Why Outpatient Programs?
Outpatient treatment is ideal for individuals who need structured support but want to maintain their daily responsibilities at home, work, or school. Our programs provide clinical care without the need for overnight stays, offering a balance of flexibility and accountability.

Our Outpatient Programs at BayPoint Health
At BayPoint Health, we offer two levels of outpatient care:
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our PHP in New Hampshire is the highest level of outpatient care we offer. PHP provides full-day treatment, five days a week, for individuals who need intensive, daily support but do not require inpatient hospitalization.
PHP includes:
- Daily therapy sessions (individual and group)
- Medication management and psychiatric support
- Relapse prevention planning
- Skills workshops for emotional regulation and coping
- Peer support groups
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our IOP in New Hampshire offers flexibility while maintaining a strong focus on recovery and mental health stabilization. With daytime and evening options, IOP allows you to balance treatment with work, school, or family life.
IOP includes:
- Multiple weekly therapy sessions
- Group counseling and peer support
- Relapse prevention and recovery planning
- Medication management, if appropriate
